I had posted my review yesterday only. At venue I was told that the said ticket is not valid and collected cash from me. Is the Headout is official third partner for the said activity? The experience was disgusting and horrifying. Henceforth I lost confidence in Headout.

Although the ticket got us to places we wanted to go, the ticket cost from Headout was a complete rip off. The ticket cost was 600 yen (on the ticket) yet you charged us 5000 yen for each ticket. There was no advantage booking the ticket through you and this ticket offered none of the things stayed on your website. I have sent 2 emails about this with no reply. Your company will never get my recommendation and the right thing for you to do is offer some kind of refund for most of the ticket cost. A very disappointing experience with this company.
